In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the design aspects of complex highway projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative and efficient transportation solutions.</p><ul><li>Manage and coordinate the design team, overseeing all aspects of highway design projects from conception to completion</li><li>Develop and implement design strategies aligned with project goals, budgets, and timelines</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and environmental specialists</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international highway design standards and regulations</li><li>Review and approve design deliverables, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for design-related issues</li><li>Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to present design concepts and obtain necessary approvals</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in highway design and engineering</li><li>Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement</li><li>Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations</li></ul>
