Here is what you will do: <ul><li>Setting up, copying, and storing documents;</li><li>Creating or maintaining templates;</li><li>Managing requests for documentation;</li><li>Creating or maintaining the projects numbering system;</li><li>Filing documentation in both physical and digital records and ensuring appropriate storage;</li><li>Download of all formal and informal issues and distributing them to appropriate personnel;</li><li>Quality Check of all incoming information and ensure all information complies with project protocol and standards;</li><li>Liaising with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties. and distributing project related information in an appropriate secure manner;</li><li>Oversee, manage and train project team members in the daily use of electronic document management system;</li><li>Advising on generation of the document control processes;</li><li>Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive documentation;</li><li>Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects when required.</li></ul>
