Collaborates with design and systems engineering on new product releases. Estimates cycle times, sets time standards, and recommends tooling and process improvements. Maintains records and reporting systems for manufacturing operations.Job Qualifications:Core Competencies<ul><li>Attention to Detail – Ability to define precise assembly instructions for complex IR camera systems.</li><li>Communication Skills – Strong oral, written, and listening skills to collaborate effectively with Assembly and Test teams for process development and optimization.</li><li>Continuous Learning – Stay current with evolving electronic and mechanical assembly techniques driven by internal design and customer requirements.</li><li>Decision Making &amp; Problem Solving – Respond efficiently to changing production requirements, quality issues, and process challenges.</li><li>Flexibility – Adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment, performing multiple roles (Engineer, Inspector, Document Control, Tool Designer, Assembler).</li><li>Initiative – Take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision and deliver maximum efficiency.</li><li>Technical Skills – Proficient in using hand tools for delicate electromechanical assembly/disassembly and applying physics principles for failure analysis and root cause investigations.</li></ul>Required Knowledge &amp; Experience<ul><li>Manufacturing and processing operations, preferably in infrared vision systems and electrical assemblies.</li><li>Clean Room Protocal</li><li>High-volume manufacturing environments.</li><li>Electromechanical hardware assembly.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).</li><li>Ability to read and follow manufacturing documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in English (read, write, converse).</li><li>Experience handling ESD-sensitive hardware.</li><li>Basic metrology skills (calipers, micrometers, microscopes, multimeters, etc.).</li><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during design, testing, and production oversight activities.</li><li>Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.</li><li>Capability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach in manufacturing environments.</li><li>Visual acuity to read, schematics, and perform detailed inspections.</li><li>Tolerance for working in environments with moderate noise, temperature fluctuations, and exposure to manufacturing materials.</li><li>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection, closed toe shoes.</li><li>Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders to access equipment or elevated work areas.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $49,300.00-$65,700.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
