We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>MATERIAL HANDLING &amp; STORAGE<ul><li>Receive, unload, and check incoming materials, verifying identity, quantity, and condition.</li><li>Store and organize materials in designated areas, ensuring inventory accuracy and accessibility.</li><li>Deliver raw materials, parts, and components to production areas as required.</li><li>Maintain assigned storage areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.</li></ul></li><li>EQUIPMENT OPERATION<ul><li>Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, aisle stackers, dollies, and other powered or manual material handling equipment.</li><li>Operate overhead cranes from booth or floor controls to move heavy materials and equipment as required.</li><li>Perform daily equipment inspection and basic preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles.</li></ul></li><li>INVENTORY &amp; DOCUMNTATION<ul><li>Complete and maintain accurate records, including packing slips, bills of lading, shipping/receiving forms, and inventory logs.</li><li>Assist with cycle counts and other inventory control activities to support accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Report shortages, defects, or non-standard material conditions to supervision promptly.</li></ul></li><li>SAFETY, HOUSEKEEPING, &amp; CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT<ul><li>Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines related to warehouse operations.</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with 5S principles.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-driven problem-solving.</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.</li><li>Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)</li><li>Forklift certification or willingness to obtain required</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Six to Twelve (6-12) months of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling preferred.</li><li>Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or other material handling equipment is desirable.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li><li>Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in team environment.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Work performed in manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to temperature extremes, noise, dust, and moving equipment.</li><li>Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 50 lbs.</li><li>Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as directed.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to work various shifts or overtime as needed to support production  </li></ul>Wage Rate:The starting wage for Warehouse Attendant is $27.75 per hour with a shift differential of $1.20 per hour for 2nd and 3rd Shifts.
