And comprehensive service programs support customers throughout the full life cycle of their plant and equipment to ensure peak performance.Responsibilities / TasksThis role can be based anywhere in the South East area<ul><li>Perform service and maintenance tasks and compile comprehensive reports on observations.</li><li>Conduct spare parts installation and service inspections following established procedures.</li><li>Travel for job-related purposes as necessary.</li><li>Execute investigations and troubleshooting as needed, providing written documentation of findings.</li><li>Execute installation tasks as required.</li><li>Perform testing and commissioning of equipment, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.</li><li>Maintain safe working practices at all times and adhere to Health &amp; Safety policies.</li><li>Provide continuous feedback on market conditions for overall business benefit.</li><li>Conduct all activities in a way that ensures the health and safety of oneself and colleagues.</li><li>Represent the company on-site with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.</li><li>Nurture strong relationships with customers.</li><li>Contribute to business growth in line with specified targets.</li><li>Identify opportunities within the customer base for service sales.</li><li>Develop relationships with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Mechanical / Electrical engineering background</li><li>Previous experience in servicing / maintaining machinery.</li><li>City &amp; Guilds 2079 qualification essential</li><li>Preferred City &amp; Guilds 2078 (Ammonia)</li><li>Strong understanding of Industrial and Commercial Heating &amp; Refrigeration</li><li>A high standard of technical expertise in various types of machinery.</li><li>Natural solutions provider.</li><li>Product/systems knowledge</li><li>knowledge of industry developments</li><li>Ability to build long term relationships</li><li>Must have legal right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not provided</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
