<p>We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer - Welfare to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees while promoting a positive work environment.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and welfare programs</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations</li><li>Design and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance</li><li>Manage occupational health initiatives, including health screenings and wellness programs</li><li>Collaborate with management to create and maintain a culture of safety and well-being</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and HSE regulations</li><li>Develop and implement emergency response plans</li><li>Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, preparing reports for management</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders on HSE matters</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in employee welfare</li></ul>
