Receptionist’s duties will include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests, and greeting people who visit the business. Also coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to::<ul><li>Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system</li><li> Greet and screen visitors using our visitor management system (check-in/check-out)</li><li>Coordinate facility visits: issue badges, arrange meals, and prepare meeting rooms</li><li>Support the HR department with special projects as assigned</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including use of postage machine</li><li>Enter change requests and new vendor/customer data into the ERP system</li><li>Request and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs)</li><li>Audit weekly check runs for the Finance department</li><li>Scan purchase orders (POs) and change orders (COs) daily</li><li>Prepare reports, binders, mailings, and other materials for various departments</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Minimum 2 years of office experience preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees). Teledyne is proud to offer a generous benefits package that supports employees’ health and financial wellbeing.
