This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the country’s most important road development initiatives while supporting SMEC’s strategic growth objectives.Suitable applicants will have/be:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technology from a recognized university.</li><li>At least 15 years in traffic management or road safety, including a minimum of 8 years on international projects in multiple countries.</li><li>Proficient in using the Star Ratings for Schools (SR4S) methodology under the International Road Assessment Program (iRAP).</li><li>Well-versed in international road safety standards and modern best practices for implementation.</li><li>Strong English proficiency: knowledge of Russian and local languages is beneficial.</li><li>Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>SMEC is an equal opportunity employer.
