This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the country’s most important road development initiatives while supporting SMEC’s strategic growth objectives.Suitable applicants will have/be:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering required; a Master’s degree in a related field is an additional advantage.</li><li>At least 15 years in road infrastructure projects, including a minimum of 10 years overseeing design reviews and supervising cement concrete pavement construction in a Resident Engineer or Project Manager role.</li><li>Minimum 5 years working on similar projects outside the home country.</li><li>Around 5 years handling contracts supported by AIIB, ADB, or World Bank.</li><li>Knowledge of Russian language is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>SMEC is an equal opportunity employer.
