The project engineering and productions teams are well-established and are made up of BGG Voltans. We are looking for a strong team member to support our next phase of growth at Voltus. The expectation for the project engineer is that they will be confortable having technical conversations with our customers and be able to push on many projects in parallel. By design, this role will be remote, however, there may be field work available based on location (10%-15% travel).</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">The Voltus Field Operations team unlocks and maximizes customers' ability to participate in demand response programs by advising on load curtailment strategies and enabling facilities with our proprietary hardware. Our team is obsessed with creating positive working environments with our customers, contractors, and utilities. Being able to cultivate strong relationships with our external parties allows our team to effectively execute on our goals of bringing reliable demand response assets to the marketplace.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">As Voltus continues to grow, we rely on our Project Engineers to build scalable and innovated processes to continue to hit our metrics. You must have relentless attention to detail, be a master project manager, be intellectually curious and think outside of the box to design creative solutions to get facilities in to the marketplace.</span></div><br><br><h3>Roles and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Technical support for our Sales Team.</li><li>Support customers with energy reduction strategies.</li><li>Cross functional engagement with Engineering for hardware development.</li><li>Lead metering and product enablement projects.</li><li>Support commissioning of metering and data collection technology.</li><li>Support innovative metering solutions.</li><li>Manage installation projects from start to finish.</li><li>Define and improve processes and efficiencies</li><li>Develop new technologies and methods for shortening installation timelines.</li><li>Ensuring all materials/manufacturing/installations and technology meets industry and market standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Results driven, Analytical, Motivated, Team player</li><li>Good communications and customer service skills</li><li>Experience with hardware commissioning and troubleshooting</li><li>Basic experience with data platforms and integration tools</li><li>Experience developing and/or improving customer onboarding experiences</li><li>Experience with Salesforce</li><li>Experience with contractor managements</li><li>Project Management Professional, PMP - preferred</li><li>Technical background with extensive electrical and/or HVAC experience - preferred</li><li>Experience with industrial controls - preferred</li><li>Ability to read, modify and draw technical electrical drawings - preferred</li></ul><br><div>Please note that at this time, <b>we do not sponsor visas or transfers for new hires</b>.
