Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing:The Production Scheduler for Capacitor Manufacturing develops and maintains production schedules that align with long-term company milestones, engineering priorities, and available resources across the production organization. You will ensure flow of materials and assemblies through all stages of production, from raw material delivery to final assembly testing, ensuring production of Helion's fusion power plants. This is onsite role that reports directly to our Production Manager at our Everett, WA office.You Will:<ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Maintain detailed daily, weekly, and long-range production schedules for capacitor manufacturing</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Oversee cross organization communication and understanding of schedules, and tools for tracking progress toward schedule goals</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to create project schedules (i.e new configuration changes, new process introductions, new product lines, forecasting demand)</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Collaborate with Production Leaders, Buyers, Engineers, Inspectors, and Material Handlers to align build priorities and resource allocation</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Create tools for high-detail schedules and proactive identification of production/supply chain risks</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Monitor work order progress, identify schedule risks, and adjust plans to minimize downtime and bottlenecks</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Manage ERP/MRP data accuracy, including setting MRP demand, determining work order start and completion dates, tracking part availability, and tracking inventory data accuracy</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Partner with leadership to identify and lead process improvements that improve scheduling accuracy, production flow, and throughput</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of working experience</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">4+ years of experience in scheduling, project management, engineering, or coordination within a manufacturing or warehouse environment</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Proficiency in an ERP/MRP system (e.g., NetSuite, ION, Manufacturo, SAP) and Microsoft Excel</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Collaborate across production, engineering, and supply chain functions</li></ul>#LI-Onsite #LI-CW1<div><div><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsHelion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
