The role may additionally be asked to support various HR initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and previous recruiting experience.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition (90%)<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.</li><li>Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul>HR Project Support (10%)<ul><li>Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring HR-related projects (e.g. job architecture, annual planning process, compensation structures, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives.</li><li>Track and report progress on project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).</li><li>Rippling and Greenhouse experience is a plus.</li><li>Renewables experience is a plus.</li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>Location: Seattle, WA; Madison, WI; Remote</li><li>Compensation: $40-55/hour (depending on experience and location)</li><li>Duration: 3 months</li><li>Hours per week: 20-40 hours</li></ul>We recognize an equitable energy transition requires the participation of diverse communities, groups, and institutions.
