The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes and procedures to meet production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards.  Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve battery manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase product quality. Implement best practices to optimize production.  </li><li>Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring that the batteries meet or exceed industry and company specifications.  </li><li>Identify and recommend state-of-the-art equipment and technologies that can be integrated into the production process to improve product performance, reliability, and yield.  </li><li>Investigate and resolve process-related issues, such as defects, deviations, and inefficiencies, using root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.  </li><li>Ensure that all processes and equipment adhere to safety protocols and industry standards. Implement and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.  </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment specifications.
