You will report to the SVP, Marketing, Brand &amp; Customer Experience.What you’ll do:  <ul><li>Own the overall strategy, management, and success of Nexamp’s residential sales vendor program.</li><li>Provide strategic direction to vendors, ensuring alignment with Nexamp’s growth targets and sales quality standards.</li><li>Build and maintain senior-level relationships with vendor leadership teams.</li><li>Oversee vendor onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive consistent results.</li><li>Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end vendor operational processes (from onboarding through performance management).</li><li>Implement scalable systems, tools, and workflows that support vendor success while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, CX, Legal, Product, etc.).</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and training resources.</li><li>Establish, track, and report on key vendor performance metrics (sales conversion, quality, compliance).</li><li>Drive accountability by creating performance improvement plans where necessary.</li><li>Provide actionable insights through data analysis and dashboard reporting.</li><li>Own forecasting, pipeline visibility, and vendor sales capacity planning.</li><li>Lead quality assurance initiatives, including monitoring issue resolution, TPV (third-party verification) processes, and trend reporting.</li><li>Partner with Legal and Compliance to enforce D2D regulatory requirements and internal standards.</li><li>Continuously improve QA protocols and vendor training to ensure best-in-class compliance.</li><li>Manage and mentor Partner Managers and Community Engagement Associates (direct or matrixed).</li><li>Build a high-performing team with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational rigor.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert and senior advisor on vendor strategy and operations across the organization.  </li></ul>What you’ll bring:<ul><li>8+ years in vendor management, B2B partnerships, channel sales, or program management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of scaling and managing third-party vendor sales programs.</li><li>Strong operational background with expertise in process design, systems implementation, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills, with advanced ability to interpret data and generate insights.</li><li>Skilled in executive-level communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements for residential sales, ideally within energy, solar, or adjacent industries.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel/data analysis tools preferred.</li><li>Direct experience managing large-scale door-to-door or B2B vendor programs is preferred.</li><li>Background in community solar or renewable energy industries is preferred.</li><li>Program management certification or formal process improvement training (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is preferred.</li><li>Experience managing 3rd party sales vendors, b2b sales partners, or subcontractors, particularly in the community solar industry is preferred.</li><li>Experience creating or managing a vendor quality assurance program is preferred.</li><li>Program management experience with a variety of internal and/or external partners is preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in, or knowledge of, Community Solar Markets &amp; Policy is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for door-to-door sales is preferred.</li><li>Commitment to Nexamp's mission and have a passion for solving tomorrow's climate crisis today.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.   </li><li>Experience in showcasing initiative to make improvements to current work, processes, products, and services across the organization.
