Where your expertise is needed <ul><li>Take full accountability for the value proposition, program delivery, and upsell strategy of our Portfolio Advisory Services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and measurable impact outcomes.</li><li>Lead the design, build, and management of tailored carbon credit portfolios composed of high-integrity Nature-based Solution projects, aligned with client sustainability strategies and compliance needs.</li><li>Drive program execution on time and budget, managing complex global procurement processes and multi-stakeholder relationships with precision and transparency.</li><li>Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, expanding the scope of client engagements through additional services and portfolio diversification.</li><li>Digitize the entire project due diligence process as well as inventory management to drive efficiency and foundations for scale.</li><li>Partner with internal teams (Product, Supply, and Impact) to align offerings, ensure data integrity, and deliver best-in-class solutions across the carbon value chain.</li><li>Maintain deep market intelligence on voluntary carbon markets, Nature-based Solutions, and evolving standards to inform portfolio strategy and strengthen goodcarbon’s leadership position.</li></ul> What we are looking for: <ul><li>Bachelor or Master’s degree from a leading university.</li><li>3-5 years of work experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or Big 4 consulting environment.</li><li>Experience in carbon markets more generally and/or Nature-based Solutions more specifically is required. </li><li>Proven track record in project and program leadership. </li><li>Excellent client management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
