Reporting to the Director of People &amp; Culture and working closely with the core P&amp;C team, you are the go-to person for day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly so the P&amp;C team can focus on strategic priorities. Naturally curious, you’re a systems and documentation enthusiast, trusted point of contact for employees, and a collaborative partner across Corporate and Plant Operations teams.
