Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of security requests, coordinate access control and event security, ensure compliance with Lucid’s security standards and local regulations. Act as the key point of contact for all manufacturing-related security administrative matters.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all security requests through the Gateway Help Desk from initiation to implementation.</li><li>Administer and manage the badge issuance process for employees, contractors, and visitors.</li><li>Maintain accurate access control records in the security management system.</li><li>Process requests for new badges, access changes, and revocations in compliance with security policies.</li><li>Conduct identity verification and ensure appropriate authorization prior to granting access.</li><li>Support the onboarding and offboarding process by coordinating with HR, IT, and Facilities departments.</li><li>Manage and maintain badge inventory, supplies, and card printing equipment.</li><li>Assist in conducting periodic access audits and reporting anomalies to the Security Manager.</li><li>Provide front-desk security support, including visitor management and escort coordination when needed.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards.</li><li>Support the physical security team in day-to-day operations, incident response, and special projects, events, group and VIP visits</li><li>Deliver basic security awareness briefings related to access control and identification procedures.</li><li>Perform any job-related activities as requested or assigned by the immediate manager. </li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling personal and access data.</li><li>Knowledge of access control systems and card management platforms.</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.</li><li>Good organizational and administrative skills, including documentation and reporting.</li><li>Familiarity with security protocols, facility entry procedures, and incident reporting.</li><li>Basic understanding of industrial security environments and manufacturing site operations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and service</li><li>Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic environment</li><li>Interact with internal and external parties for security requirements and support when required.</li><li>Familiarity with international and local security laws and regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in security administration, access control, or facility management.</li><li>Proficiency in using security management systems and standard office software (MS Office, databases).</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Must be willing to work shift hours or flexible schedules as per plant operations.
