The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts, coordinating layout designs, and ensuring seamless integration of facility systems across projects. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence and supporting long-term infrastructure planning. </p><p>Senior BIM and Layout Engineer</p><hr><h3><strong>You Will:</strong></h3><p><strong>Pre-Operational Phase (During Construction)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as the primary liaison for all BIM and layout-related issues during AMP2 construction. </p><p>Senior BIM and Layout Engineer</p></li><li><p>Review and validate contractor BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with facility requirements.</p></li><li><p>Lead clash detection efforts and coordinate resolution with design and construction teams.</p></li><li><p>Oversee laser scanning activities to verify as-built conditions and update models accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all layout designs support long-term facility operations and <em>maintenance</em> needs.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a centralized BIM repository and ensure version control across stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Handover Phase (Lucid Construction → Lucid Facilities)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate and validate the final BIM deliverables from Lucid Construction for handover to Lucid Facilities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all as-built models are updated with verified laser scan data and reflect actual site conditions.</p></li><li><p>Review and reconcile any outstanding layout or clash issues prior to operational transition.</p></li><li><p>Support the integration of BIM data into facility management systems (e.g., CMMS, digital twin platforms).</p></li><li><p>Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with Lucid Facilities teams to ensure full understanding of spatial data and model usage.</p></li><li><p>Document and archive all BIM-related handover materials, including drawings, scans, and metadata.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Post-Construction / Operational Phase</strong></p><ul><li><p>Serve as the go-to expert for layout modifications, facility expansions, and system upgrades.</p></li><li><p>Continuously update the facility’s digital twin using laser scans and field data.</p></li><li><p>Support <em>maintenance</em> and integration teams with accurate spatial data and updated models.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with asset management systems to link BIM data with operational workflows.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support for layout-related <em>troubleshooting</em> and planning.</p></li><li><p>Train internal teams on BIM tools and workflows to ensure sustainable model usage.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
