You’ll be part of the backbone of our operations, helping drive accuracy, throughput, and accountability as we scale.What you’ll do:Receiving &amp; Material Handling<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts and materials; verify quantities and documentation against POs.</li><li>Work with the Purchasing and Inventory team in the US to resolve discrepancies or nonconforming material.</li><li>Ensure timely movement of materials from receiving to storage or production areas.</li><li>Maintain accurate receiving transactions in NetSuite (or ERP) and ensure traceability of serial or lot-controlled items.</li></ul>Inventory Control<ul><li>Manage daily inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.</li><li>Support setup and organization of warehouse locations, labeling, and storage optimization.</li><li>Monitor min/max and safety stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.</li><li>Support root-cause analysis on inventory variances and implement corrective actions.</li></ul>Production Control / Work Order Management<ul><li>Release, track, and close production work orders in NetSuite to ensure accurate material consumption and build completion.</li><li>Coordinate with Manufacturing and Planning to ensure materials are staged and ready for each build.</li><li>Review open work orders weekly to confirm completion status and clear aging WOs.</li><li>Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) by managing disposition of affected inventory.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering teams to maintain material flow and system accuracy.</li><li>Communicate material shortages, late deliveries, and work order delays proactively.</li><li>Provide data and support for MRP and demand planning reviews.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:<ul><li>3+ years in receiving, inventory, or production control within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of BOMs, work orders, and inventory transactions.</li><li>Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.</li><li>Strong ownership mindset — takes accountability for accuracy and follow-through.</li><li>Comfortable balancing hands-on warehouse work with system and process ownership.</li><li>Collaborative team player with strong communication across functions.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, scaling environment.</li><li>Forklift certification and experience a plus.</li></ul><div>Why would you join Carbon Robotics?Passion for building teams capable of solving uniquely interesting problems.
