Task to be performed:<ul><li>Supporting the full bookkeeping, managing the ongoing tasks, such as:<ul><li>incoming and outgoing invoices</li><li>bank transactions</li><li>fixed assets transactions</li><li>month end accrual etc.</li></ul></li><li>Preparation of monthly, quarterly reports, coordinated related tasks and resources taking into account the deadlines</li><li>Managing the accounting teams, set the goals for the team-members, priorities and checks that all accounting tasks were performed by the team with good quality</li><li>Cooperate with other departments (Controlling, Tax, Treasury)</li><li>Supervising in the reconciliation of balance sheet and tax accounts</li><li>Perform intercompany reconciliation of transactions with other Group companies</li><li>Reviewing and submitting tax returns and coordinating tax inspections, communication with the Authorities</li><li>Preparing year-end Financial Statements</li><li>Managing the audit process together with the controlling department</li><li>Closely cooperate with external and internal stakeholders when performing the tasks above</li><li>Follow up the changes in tax and accounting rules</li><li>Improve accounting processes, improve Group ERP (Business Central), participate in the testing of the system improvements or delegate the tasks across the accounting team</li><li>Participating in internal projects</li></ul>
