AECOM is looking for a Risk Manager to join our Tucson, AZ, or San Diego, CA or Phoenix, AZ, or El Paso, TX, or Carlsbad, NM office to support Federal projects and programs. <ul><li>Support risk assessments, develop and organize risk mitigation plans and develop tracking mechanisms to controls effectiveness of risk management. Developing and undertaking advanced Quantitative Risk Analysis including Cost, Schedule and integrated Cost and Schedule analyses, to enable robust forecasting and tracking of risk exposure.</li><li>Assist in the execution and maintenance of Construction risk management service framework, including data use case execution that reflect project/program direction and opportunities.</li><li>Recognize and manage Construction risks and assist in putting in place appropriate mitigation plans and assists in communicating these to avoid surprises with key stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct constructability reviews, schedule critical reviews, and scrutinize cost estimates, understanding areas of uncertainty.</li><li>Assist in the development of ad hoc Construction risk communiques supporting decision points in the project.</li><li>Review project document, analyze project data and develop Construction Risk Registers.</li><li>Work with project team on Construction risk allocation and risk transfer mechanisms</li><li>Prepare Construction Risk Assessment presentations and prepare presentations of the projects risk profile.</li><li>Promote, set up and implement a risk management system, making it appropriate to the needs of the project through the project lifecycle.</li><li>Development and implementation of project risk management plans.</li><li>Delivery of discrete risk interventions and imbedded risk management services</li><li>Delivery of value and reduction of risk exposure through active mitigation of threats and maximization of opportunities.</li><li>Undertaking day-to-day risk management activities including identification, prioritization, register management, action planning and monitoring.</li><li>Production of periodic risk reporting including profiled risk expenditure, impacted risk / drawdown and risk exposure changes.</li></ul> <ul></ul>
