This role combines technical excellence with leadership, business development, and team engagement. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality cost consulting services throughout the project lifecycle and play a key role in growing the PCC business unit across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesCost Consulting &amp; Quantity Surveying<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive cost planning and management services from inception through design, construction, and operations.</li><li>Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and life cycle costing.</li><li>Conduct value analysis, value engineering, and risk and contingency analysis.</li><li>Review contractor pricing, perform cost reconciliation and negotiation.</li><li>Re-measure quantities from drawings and site inspections for cost control and payment certification.</li><li>Prepare monthly progress payment certificates and verify contract price adjustments.</li><li>Evaluate compensation events and claims, and provide financial recommendations.</li><li>Maintain accurate cost forecasts and financial reports.</li></ul>Bid &amp; Contract Administration<ul><li>Prepare provisional Bills of Quantities and assist in preparing RFP documentation.</li><li>Price RFP using market-related unit rates and support tender adjudication.</li><li>Conduct RFP alignment assessments, bid evaluation and sensitivity analyses.</li><li>Finalize contract documents and support contract close-out reporting.</li><li>Administer contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and resolution of changes.</li></ul>Project &amp; Business Management<ul><li>Lead project teams and manage internal project budgets and plans.</li><li>Manage workloads across multiple projects.</li><li>Support proposal development and bid writing for new work and change orders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Provide subject matter expertise for Mechanical Estimating within the PCC business and support regional growth.</li><li>Act as the interface with clients, fostering long-term relationships.</li><li>Identify and convert business development opportunities into successful commissions.</li><li>Support marketing, PR, and client engagement to raise AECOM’s profile.</li><li>Mentor and develop team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.</li><li>Plan and maintain systems, procedures, and policies for optimal team performance.</li></ul> Client &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Provide clear, actionable advice to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and present reports, briefings, and presentations.</li><li>Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.</li></ul>
