Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with Finance Projects: Support the Accounting, FP&amp;A, Internal Audit and/or Investor Relations teams with diverse finance projects.</li><li>Earnings Preparation: Aid in the preparation of materials for the 2Q Earnings Release.</li></ul>Accumulate and analyze results from Xylem’s businesses. Update presentations, scripts, releases, and other materials. Create reports and analyses as needed. Research peer company reports.<ul><li>Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison for the department and coordinate across multiple functions.</li><li>Process Improvement: Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude.</li><li>Problem Solving: Demonstrate basic problem-solving abilities and a desire to take on responsibility.</li><li>Self-Management: Be a confident self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks with minimal oversight.</li><li>Additional Support: Assist the Investor Relations &amp; FP&amp;A teams with various finance projects, including sustainability research, peer research &amp; analysis, process improvements, and other items.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:<ul><li>Currently attending an accredited university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Minimum rising senior in standing.</li><li>Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Business/Economics.</li><li>Knowledge of project planning methodologies, such as critical path planning.</li><li>Proficiency in computers and database/spreadsheet/word processing software.</li><li>Ability to create reports using basic query functions.</li><li>Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic presentation tools.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Strong planning and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to take responsibility and work under minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to work with a wide range of people.</li></ul>Timeline:<ul><li>Summer Internship: June 2026 to August 2026</li></ul><ul><li>Xylem does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.</li><li>The estimated rate for this role is $23/ hour.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
