You will manage supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost to meet company standards, monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement through evaluations and feedback and maintain long-term supplier partnerships and address challenges in delivery delays, quality issues, and cost optimization.2. You will conduct RFQs, cost analysis, and benchmarking within the approved supplier base to optimize procurement costs, ensure new material and supplier introduction costs align with project budgets and long-term cost control goals.3. You will proactively identify cost-saving opportunities through technical optimizations and commercial negotiations, ensure on-time delivery of critical materials to meet production and project schedules and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues quickly.4. You will support new product development projects, ensuring materials meet technical specifications and schedules.5. You will work closely with production, quality, R&amp;D, and other departments to address supply chain needs promptly.6. You will align with HBU and BU SCM teams to execute regional and global procurement strategies and achieve business goals.7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.8. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or a related field.2. Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA and common office tools. Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis is a plus.5. Cheerful, proactive, with strong ownership and a positive mindset, quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge.6. Strong team player with effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
