Perform data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services.   </li><li>Prepare information and documentation for internal and/or external third parties.     </li><li>Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.  </li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Master's or bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics or related fields. </li><li>Previous experience in HR Operation and /or payroll.</li><li>Strong experience in MS Excel and HR systems.</li><li>Data analysis and ability to deal with complex organization.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Finnish and English.</li><li>Customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working.</li><li>Readiness to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment.</li><li>Ability to move in an international environment and balancing different stakeholders.</li></ul>More about usInterested in joining the team?
