You guide partners through complex installations, integrations, and troubleshooting, ensuring they fully understand Smappee’s solutions and can implement them successfully. By combining strong technical expertise with customer-oriented communication, you help drive sales, resolve challenges efficiently, and deliver an excellent end-to-end experience for our professional partners.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Serve as the technical contact point for certified installers, providing support for complex installations, integrations, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Ensure installers gain a solid understanding of Smappee’s technical specifications, system configuration, and diagnostic techniques. </li><li>Analyse and resolve technical issues; escalate complex cases to engineering or product development when needed. </li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. </li><li>Maintain deep product knowledge of Smappee’s solutions and system compatibility. </li><li>Support the sales team by aligning technical solutions with customer needs and identifying opportunities during customer interactions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in electrical engineering, electromechanics, or a related technical field. </li><li>Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks. </li><li>Familiarity with energy monitoring, smart home technology, EV charging, or renewable energy solutions is a strong asset. </li><li>Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally internationally. </li><li>Fluency in Dutch, with good command of English and/or French.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Smappee we believe in a modern and dynamic work environment where you can be yourself and truly inspire people to contribute to a better planet.
