You’ll proactively set up production for success, ensuring build hours are met for new contracts, and reactively resolve process issues to reduce cost. You’ll deliver NPI requirements driven by customer contracts, implement process improvements, and support production escalations.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer with strong mechanical or electrical technical competency and experience in NPI. You’ll have expertise in production change control, proactive line setup, and data-driven problem-solving.
