We believe that the best way to solve complicated dynamic problems is collaboratively and respectfully.JOB OVERVIEWThe Manager, Financial Systems plays a crucial part in supporting and managing the financial and tax systems, working closely with Finance, Accounting, Security and IT teams. This position ensures our systems run smoothly and contributes to operational efficiency and scalability.JOB DUTIES<ul style=""><li>Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of NetSuite, ZipHQ, FloQast, Banking Applications and incoming FP&amp;A and tax systems, including user setup, system configurations, system/software updates, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain and optimize financial and tax systems to support key finance functions as the team grows.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across our systems.</li><li>Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide valuable insights for decision-making.</li><li>Serve as a primary contact for finance and accounting users, resolving system issues and more complex problems when necessary.</li><li>Develop system documentation and provide training to users to help them effectively utilize our financial tools.</li><li>Manage system access and prepare system user access review workbooks to adhere to compliance requirements.</li><li>Implement automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency, including those related to OCR processes.</li><li>Lead roll-outs of increased system capabilities</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system configurations and workflows align with our financial policies and business needs, including SOX compliance requirements, application control testing, and SOC Report reviews.</li><li>Manage cross functional JIRA use for ticking and other use cases.</li><li>Oversee integrations between financial systems and other platforms, including sales and operations tools.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, &amp; SKILLSRequired Experience, Qualifications, and Skills<ul style=""><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)</li><li>6-8 years of experience supporting and administering finance systems, ideally within a global organization.</li><li>Experience with Netsuite required.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of SOX compliance and experience in supporting systems within a SOX-compliant environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively.</li><li>Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with various departments.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.</li></ul>Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills<ul style=""><li>NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator) are a plus</li></ul>
