These two national climate documents are being developed through a single integrated process, ensuring alignment across near-, medium-, and long-term climate action, full coherence with the National Planning Development Framework (NPDF), and compliance with UNFCCC guidelines.<br><br>Climate Analytics (CA), as the baseline Implementing Partner under the NDC Partnership’s Partnership Action Fund (PAF), will lead the technical work on the Stocktake, Roadmap, scenario modelling, target setting, and drafting of the NDC 3.0 and LT-LEDS. Given the complexity of national coordination across two islands, sector ministries, utilities, private sector entities, civil society, and gender institutions, <strong>a strong in-country presence is essential</strong>.<br><br>The national consultant will serve as the <strong>primary on-the-ground coordination and facilitation focal point</strong>, supporting data collection, document review, institutional engagement, the organization of consultations and workshops, logistical facilitation, and follow-up with national stakeholders.
