<p>We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Principal Engineer - Highways to join our innovative team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead complex highway projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence in our organization.</p><ul><li>Lead the design and development of complex highway projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards</li><li>Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for transportation infrastructure</li><li>Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their technical skills and professional growth</li><li>Utilize advanced software tools such as ORD and Civil 3D for design coordination and project delivery</li><li>Analyze and propose alternative designs based on site requirements and project objectives</li><li>Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures throughout project lifecycles</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure project success</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in highway engineering</li><li>Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal preparation and client presentations</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards</li></ul>
