We operate a hybrid working policy. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Executes supply and demand / operational planning processes, analysing and planning operations to optimally balance inventory levels, customer demand and production.</li><li>Analyses material stocks and flows, forecasts supply and demand, plans inventory and production, optimizes operations, and proactively manages supply chain risks.</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges and to balance inventory levels and production with demand.</li><li>Analyses market, production, sales and customer data to inform operational planning and mitigate risks</li><li>Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain operations and operational planning, leveraging analytics to enhance efficiency and performance</li><li>Maintains up-to-date knowledge of supply chain tools and methods, best practices and industry standards, applying expertise to daily operations.</li><li>Prepares and presents reports on supply and demand metrics, providing insights for decision-making. </li></ul>Requirements: <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Proven experience in sourcing and procurement.</li><li>Ability to solve procurement issues and separate the Supply Chain manager from more routine issues</li><li>Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Mentor and guide the purchasing teams</li><li>Commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and networking skills. </li></ul>Next steps: <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>The only accepted method of application is via our careers portal using the link below.</li></ul> Why you and us?
