Suggest alternative and complementary products.</li><li>Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions, based on the circumstances.</li><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.</li><li>Maintain an excellent knowledge of customers, products and the competition.</li><li>Track customer profitability and credit levels.
