In this key role, he/she will lead the development and execution of our strategy, ensuring that the organization makes data-driven decisions across all departments. Additionally, he/she will take the lead in driving our internal transformation program and facilitate the successful rollout of a new organizational structure across MEA.He/she will work closely with senior leadership to shape the transformation roadmap and act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring tools, processes, and insights align with overall company objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the business’ transformation, growth through a customer-centric journey, and long-term success in a highly dynamic and international environment.Principal Responsibilities:Transformation Program Leadership:<ul><li>Lead the design and execution of change management plans and organizational transformation, ensuring smooth adoption by teams across MEA.</li><li>Drive the internal transformation program, ensuring that organizational changes are supported by the necessary BI insights, process improvements, and technology tools.</li><li>Partner with senior management to communicate the vision, goals, and impact of the transformation efforts, fostering alignment and ensuring effective execution.</li><li>Drive the rollout of the new organizational structure across MEA</li><li>Monitor the progress of the organizational rollout, adjusting plans as necessary and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.</li></ul>Business Intelligence &amp; Data Strategy:<ul><li>Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to ensure stakeholders have access to relevant, real-time data to drive decision-making.</li><li>Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across business functions and systems.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business drivers, define KPIs, and build actionable insights.</li><li>Lead the design and execution of data models and BI solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.</li></ul>Business Development, Market Potential Analysis &amp; Market Expansion:<ul><li>Support the MEA Sales Directors in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, conducting thorough market potential analyses to assess growth prospects.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion, leveraging data-driven insights to identify target markets and customer segments.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business development initiatives and drive competitive advantage.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management &amp; Leadership:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and business units, providing guidance, support, and insights on all transformation-related matters.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of transformation strategy with broader business goals.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Continuously evaluate the BI landscape, recommending and implementing improvements to systems, tools, and processes.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to incorporate innovative solutions into the organization.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping the organization leverage data and analytics to drive competitive advantage.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Roles, Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within complex, multinational organizations.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of organizational transformation and change management processes, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and adoption of new structures.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Experience working in a EMEA or multinational environment, with an understanding of the cultural and operational nuances across regions.</li><li>Fluent in English; additional European/Arabic languages are a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., Azure, PowerBI, AWS, Google Cloud).</li><li>Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics concepts.</li></ul>Location: Montecchio Maggiore (VI) or Lainate (MI)Contract: Full-time, PermanentJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
