We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to supercharge and expand our core operations at Fuse.The ideal candidate will be an exceptional independent operator willing to work at high intensity as part of our core team (ex-Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, &amp; Jump Trading). The right person likes solving large, complex problems with multiple moving parts, and is probably looking to start their own business in 2-3 years.Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. We've raised $100M from top tier investors like Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit. Fuse's founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut before joining Mosaic Ventures. <h3>Responsibilities</h3>The operations team works across the business, working closely with the broader team to deliver our core products to customers. This involves building the physical capacity and trading infrastructure for our supply business. It also includes the scoping, modelling, and design of new products and business lines, including entry into new markets.Some of the tasks the operations team are currently working on include:<ul><li>Analysing and optimising our core supply operations: from energy trading to our finance function</li><li>Building and pricing innovative products and working on strategy to deliver them</li><li>Expanding our operations to other markets, breaking down the business and regulatory environment in each jurisdiction</li><li>Sourcing &amp; negotiation of contracts with our partners to achieve business goals</li></ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience</li> <li>Track record of exceptional achievement</li> <li>Relentless approach to solving problems</li> <li>Comfortable learning quickly and iterating</li> <li>Ability to work well individually or in a team</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Biannual bonus scheme</li> <li>Fully expensed tech to match your needs</li> </ul>
