Your mission<br>                                <ul><li>You support us in the creation and publication of job postings – from the initial idea to posting them on target-group-specific platforms.</li><li>You are involved in applicant management and act as a contact person for candidates, for example in communication or coordinating interviews.</li><li>You take care of organizational matters, such as travel expense management for candidates.</li><li>You increasingly conduct initial phone interviews independently and develop a sense of who really fits our team.</li><li>You have the opportunity to manage working student positions independently, from screening and interviews to the final hiring decision.</li><li>You support our recruiting team in day-to-day business and actively contribute to ongoing projects.
