We are seeking a Project Quality Manager to provide quality leadership, guidance, and support across assigned projects within our UKI region. This role plays a key part in ensuring the consistent implementation, communication, and improvement of AECOM’s quality systems, policies, and procedures — in line with client requirements and our Integrated Management System (IMS).You will act as a quality ambassador, helping project teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional QA Lead (UKI) and may support one major project or a portfolio of similar projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Champion and implement AECOM’s quality standards across assigned projects.</li><li>Provide specialist input during project start-up, including preparation of project quality and management plans.</li><li>Coach and mentor Project Managers to sustain a strong quality culture.</li><li>Support and execute internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with project and corporate requirements.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions.</li><li>Gather and analyse quality performance data (KPIs, trends, etc.) and report to the Regional QA Lead.</li><li>Drive Lean initiatives and quality improvement programs to reinforce continuous improvement.</li><li>Support ISO certification maintenance (9001, 14001, 45001) and compliance across offices in the assigned region.</li><li>Manage quality inductions, awareness sessions, and training within projects.</li><li>Contribute to client feedback processes and organize quality meetings as needed.</li></ul>
