This role involves identifying and pursuing high value sales opportunities, conducting advanced sales presentations, and developing strategies to improve sales performance. The Sr. Sales Representative works closely with cross functional teams to address customer needs, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training junior sales staff and providing technical expertise to support continuous improvement efforts.
