We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our Baltic team and support our dealers, partners, and customers across the region. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing technical planning, coordinating project execution, supporting dealers, and ensuring high-quality implementation of GEA farm technology solutions. The role involves active participation in training, technical consulting, construction supervision, and customer engagement throughout the Baltics.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Develop complete farm technology solution drawings for sales to dealers and GEA partners in LV, LT, EE.</li><li>Participate regularly in GEA training programs on technical drawing creation and installation planning for new GEA Farm Technologies equipment.</li><li>Adjust and finalize total solution drawings after sales, ensuring all technical data is prepared for equipment installation and building design.</li><li>Provide training to dealers on equipment technical specifications, planning requirements, and installation processes in Estonia and Latvia.</li><li>Offer expert consultation to dealers on milking technologies and complete farm solution projects across LV, LT, EE.</li><li>Supervise construction phases of large-scale projects to ensure compliance with GEA technological standards across the Baltics.</li><li>Support the assembly and installation of large GEA equipment units, particularly in Latvia and Lithuania.</li><li>Collect and integrate technical and design data for newly introduced GEA equipment to support ongoing and future projects.</li><li>Visit customers during complex project stages or when specialized technical support is required in LV, LT, EE.</li><li>Conduct periodic visits to key clients to maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, especially in EE and LV.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<h2>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</h2><ul><li>Technical education in engineering, agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.</li><li>Experience in farm technologies, dairy systems, or GEA equipment is highly advantageous.</li><li>Strong skills in reading, creating, and modifying technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar).</li><li>Project management experience, preferably with construction, installation, or agricultural technology projects.</li><li>Excellent communication and training abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently across the Baltics.</li><li>Fluency in at least one Baltic language; English required; Russian beneficial.</li></ul><h2>What GEA Offers</h2><ul><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge farm technology solutions.</li><li>Continuous professional training and development within GEA’s global network.</li><li>Dynamic working environment with strong regional and international support.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Meaningful role directly supporting the modernization of dairy farming in the Baltics.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
