We are looking for a Head of Product Line - Manure (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. This is a global position located in Bönen (near Dortmund) or Drummondville (Canada). GEA supports farmers worldwide in increasing productivity, improving animal welfare, and promoting sustainable agriculture.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Responsibility for the Manure product portfolio within the Farm Technologies Division</li><li>Take ownership for order intake, sales, P&amp;L from conception to phase out</li><li>Lead a team of product managers, owners and specialists to take ownership and responsibility to drive projects</li><li>Communicate product line management strategies to the upper management</li><li>Identify individual strengths in within your team and develop career and personal development</li><li>Highlight product values and create sales pitch (incl. product presentations &amp; trainings)</li><li>Implementation of new concepts &amp; business models around products</li><li>Competitor analysis and market intelligence – close steering of market share development</li><li>Target break down and ambition level by product line and tracking, monitoring and reporting of product sales</li><li>Monitor &amp; track market requirement to fulfill MS growth targets</li><li>Identify products &amp; market for sales push &amp; campaign design</li><li>Responsibility for product pricing and product margin</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Agriculture, Business development and/or marketing would be suitable or comparable</li><li>If no formal degree, then proven experience (3 years experience in a leadership position within the agricultural sector, specializing in sales or product management)</li><li>Experience in change processes and fast changing organizations</li><li>Proven background in managing global teams</li><li>Professional experience in enacting change within a matrix organization</li><li>Communication, leadership and accountability</li><li>Proven “can do” attitude to go beyond the regular scope of responsibilities</li><li>Ability to use own initiative</li><li>Willingness to travel worldwide</li><li>Fluent in English (French and German would be a benefit)</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
