The candidate will be responsible for definition of Model Based Systems Engineering Deliverables of one or more features of Lucid product. The role will require cross-functional engagement with product management, vehicle engineering teams, software engineers, hardware engineers and verification and validation teams. A thorough understanding of system development lifecycle(s) is required to be successful in this role, gained through prior OEM or Tier 1 industry experience.</p><p>Our ideal candidate exhibits a proactive, can-do attitude and approaches their work systematically with vigor, determination and accuracy. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><p>· Own the elicitation and capture of requirements from all stakeholders for one or more product features</p><p>· Own the MBSE deliverables for one or more product features</p><p>· Work closely with Functional Safety Engineers to support development of functional safety concepts and be accountable for the Technical Safety Concept(s)</p><p>· Work closely with the verification and validation teams to define and execute the verification and validation plans</p><p>· Work closely with hardware and software development teams on architecture and implementation of allocated requirements</p><p>· Work closely, where applicable, with suppliers to validate component functionality</p><p>· Support product level validation test plan development and execution</p><p>· Coordinate and plan with program management the systems engineering lifecycle activities to deliver to the program release milestones</p><p>· Support the continuous improvement of Systems Engineering across the enterprise</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience as a Systems Engineer for Automotive Controls product</p><p>· 3+ years’ experience applying Model Based Systems Engineering in a production environment</p><p>· 3+ years’ experience with Automotive embedded electronic product development</p><p>· 3+ years’ experience with ISO26262 in driving requirements and designs for automotive systems</p><p>· 3+ years’ experience with ASPICE conforming process models</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p><p>· Experience using Cameo/Magic Cyber Systems Engineer and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform</p><p>· Knowledge of SysML v1, application thereof to system development</p><p>· Industrial experience of FMEA and risk management processes</p><p>· Knowledge of product safety concepts</p><p>· An analytical and questioning mindset</p><p>· Working level understanding of Electrical, Electronic and Programmable Systems and Components</p><p>· Understanding of AUTOSAR Architectures</p><p>· Good organizational skills</p><p>· INCOSE certification</p><p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong></p><p>· BS degree in electrical, computer, mechanical or other appropriate engineering discipline.</p><p>· Master’s degree in engineering preferred</p><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
