<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tournament Compliance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sports tournaments and events comply with relevant regulations and standards, both locally and internationally.</p><ul><li>Interpret and implement FIFA Stadium Requirements, AFC Guidelines (safety, broadcast, hospitality, sustainability, and accessibility).</li><li>Develop and maintain a FIFA/AFC Compliance Register</li><li>Monitor all engineering and construction packages for compliance with tournament requirements and escalate non-conformities.</li><li>Ensure long-lead items critical for compliance are identified and tracked.</li><li>Support technical interface management between architectural, structural and MEP.</li><li>Facilitate coordination meetings to close compliance gaps and manage documentation .</li><li>Conduct site inspections to verify physical works align with approved compliant designs.</li><li>Track and report on construction progress of FIFA-critical zones (e.g., field of play, player zones, broadcast areas, hospitality suites).</li><li>Support Stadium Operational Readiness testing.</li><li>Support periodic reporting to higher management.</li></ul>
