Reporting to the Head of IT and collaborating closely with other members in the global team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the IT systems and operations at Lunar Energy. On a given day at Lunar, you will:-<ul><li>Administer the company’s SaaS platforms, as well as support remote users with day-to-day issues.</li><li>Implement a new automation or integration system between our services to streamline data flows, and document it for future reference.</li><li>Evaluate and respond to end-user requests for new features or functionality.</li><li>Identify issues with and optimise IT processes or platform integrations.</li><li>Research and recommend new products or services.</li><li>Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring system performance.</li><li>Provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support to colleagues concerning issues with their devices, the office network infrastructure or SaaS platform integrations.</li><li>Run training sessions for end-users on how to get the most from a given platform.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Problem determination and incident management of network and connectivity issues</li><li>Operational performance monitoring and analysis of internal networks</li><li>Office WAN connectivity/ISP management</li><li>Thorough documentation of new and existing processes and systems.</li><li>IT hardware and software procurement</li><li>Day-to-day end-user support</li><li>Backup support for user onboarding/offboarding and basic training</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills:-<ul><li>A minimum of 5 years' work experience within IT Systems administration in any sector</li><li>Proficiency in Okta and Google Workspace administration</li><li>Experience with Okta Workflows for workflow automation</li><li>Expertise in MacOS and Windows device support &amp; management - 2nd/3rd line level support essential</li><li>Familiarity with MDM solutions for Windows and macOS</li><li>Proficiency in network administration - layer 2 and 3 switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs.</li><li>Experience in Domain name and DNS management</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach</li><li>The ability to motivate others and guide change</li><li>A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change</li><li>The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach</li></ul>Good to have:-<ul><li>Scripting (e.g. Python, Bash, Powershell)</li><li>Azure AD</li><li>Kandji</li><li>Intune/Endpoint Manager</li><li>Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence etc)</li><li>AWS Management</li><li>HubSpot administration</li></ul>Joining us gives you:-<ul><li>Competitive Salary and stock options package</li><li>Private Medical Insurance scheme through BUPA (medical history disregarded);</li><li>A wellbeing and lifestyle benefits plan through Medicash</li><li>Enhanced Pension contributions: employer contributions matching 5%</li><li>A budget for work related training of £1,000 per financial year and an allowance of 4 training days</li><li>Cycle To Work scheme and Workplace Nursery benefit</li><li>£200 upon joining for remote work set-up</li><li>Access to Spill - Mental Health Support platform</li><li>Enhanced Maternity + Paternity Pay</li><li>25 days annual holiday entitlement + 8 Bank Holidays</li><li>Flexible start and finish times, fully remote working or hybrid depending on preferences</li></ul>Hybrid working: You will work from our London office (located close to Spitalfields Market) at least two days a week.
