The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing quality control and a strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications. This role requires careful attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Perform inspections and tests according to defined measurement plans and report results</li><li>Collaborate with quality and project engineering to provide information on test and inspection results</li><li>Build Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection programs for new components and improve existing programs</li><li>Ensure component compliance with all requirements</li><li>Accurately complete quality and traceability documentation for all activities</li><li>Participate in our culture of continuous improvement</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h2><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>1-3 years of background in manufacturing quality control and CMM operation</li><li>Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures, including comprehensive knowledge of reading geometric dimensioning and tolerancing</li><li>Prior experience using PC-DMIS software for CMM operation preferred</li><li>Experience operating within an AS9100 and ISO9001 facility preferred</li><li>ASQ Certified Quality Inspector is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English is required</li><li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook</li></ul><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
