Join us.What you will do<ul><li>Perform maintenance on production equipment, including performing preventative maintenance, supporting troubleshooting, spares and sustainment</li><li>Collect and evaluate operating data; work with engineering to determine process adjustments for optimal performance</li><li>Identify possible improvements for standard operating procedures and work with engineering to evaluate and potentially qualify any procedural changes</li><li>Follow and role model all safety rules, standard operating procedures, and maintenance instructions</li><li>Partner with Equipment and Facilities Engineering to support projects</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot test and production equipment</li><li>Log and support the implementation of periodic maintenance (PM) schedules for multiple tools</li><li>Assist with equipment modification, set up, and qualification</li><li>Care for and clean process equipment and work areas</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Training<ul><li>Keep accurate and complete records of activities performed and assist the operations team with the generation process documentation needed for high volume manufacturing</li><li>Create and update process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and preventative maintenance procedures</li><li>Provide training and hands-on guidance to other team members as processes are developed and scaled</li></ul>Safety &amp; Quality<ul><li>Maintain a “safety first” mindset, promoting and performing in accordance with Niron’s safety policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain a high ownership, customer focused, commitment to providing high quality product</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment</li></ul>What we are looking for<ul><li>Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience maintaining and repairing equipment</li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 lbs.</li><li>HAZMAT and/or Emergency Response training</li><li>Highly collaborative, enjoys working within a diverse team environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication, prioritization, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to self-direct, troubleshoot basic problems, and address root causes</li><li>An innovative practical approach to equipment optimization</li><li>Demonstrated maintenance skills in a fast-growing environment</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals</li><li>Comfortable working with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and software-based control systems.</li></ul>2nd Shift Schedule at NironThe baseline structure of Niron’s 2nd Shift is Monday to Thursday 3PM to 12AM.  However, your work may necessitate flexibility beyond stated hours.Our pay and benefits<ul><li>$35.00-45.00/hour for 36 hours/week which is base rate + 10% shift differential.
