This newly created position will play a key role in strengthening our financial operations by taking ownership of a number of critical daily and month-end activities—freeing up senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives.If you’re hands-on, detail-driven, and looking to grow within a dynamic, forward-thinking manufacturing business, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and reconcile core sub-ledgers and associated general ledger accounts.</li><li>Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journal posting and early investigation of variances.</li><li>Own and deliver key balance sheet reconciliations to an audit-ready standard.</li><li>Perform timely, accurate bank and corporate credit card reconciliations.</li><li>Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and project work.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.</li><li>Support the team with purchase invoice processing and purchase order administration.</li></ul>About YouEssential Requirements<ul><li>Qualifications: Part-Qualified or Newly Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
