<div>This role leads a team of technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation &amp; maintenance of solar power systems within a designated sub-region. The Solar O&amp;M Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, scheduling, dispatching, and reporting. The O&amp;M Team Lead reports to their respective Regional Manager.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  <ul><li>Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train O&amp;M technicians, fostering a strong safety culture and compliance with all regulations. </li></ul><ul><li>Technical Expertise: Lead troubleshooting efforts, inspections, and preventative maintenance on Sub-Region solar systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Performance Optimization: Develop corrective action plans for system deficiencies. </li></ul><ul><li>Communication &amp; Coordination: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely repairs and warranty claims. </li></ul><ul><li>Dispatch field team to address service and maintenance needs.  </li></ul><ul><li>Work with Regional Manager to supervise and direct contractors in Sub-Region. </li></ul><ul><li>Documentation: Oversee O&amp;M documentation, including work orders, Pre-job briefs, and preventative maintenance reports. </li></ul><ul><li>Compliance: Ensure all field work complies with OEM requirements and warranties. </li></ul><ul><li>Safety: Operate safely in high voltage environments (600Vac, 1500Vdc). </li></ul><ul><li>Able to travel on short notice and be available during non-traditional working hours. </li></ul><ul><li>Up to 50% travel may be expected at times. </li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> Safety <ul><li>Operate safely in high voltage environments (600Vac, 1500Vdc). </li><li>Able to travel on short notice and be available during non-traditional working hours. </li></ul><ul><li>Up to 50% travel may be expected at times. </li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>  QUALIFICATIONS:  <ul><li>Associate's degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification highly preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in electrical systems operation and maintenance. </li></ul><ul><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.  </li></ul><ul><li>Highly proficient in solar data acquisition systems and relevant software. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and engineering drawings. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with Pronto Forms and Drive O&amp;M. </li></ul><ul><li>OSHA 30, NFPA 70E required. </li></ul><ul><li>FAA Part 107 Drone Certification </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient operating Drones for Aerial Thermographic purposes.  </li></ul><ul><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record. </li></ul>  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>Be able to drive a vehicle confidently and with a high degree of safety. </li></ul><ul><li>Be able to stand for long periods of time and walk distances up to three miles a day. </li></ul><ul><li>Be able to navigate ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps while maintaining 3 points of contact. </li></ul><ul><li>Have the visual acuity for depth perception, no field of vision issues, and to distinguish between colors. </li></ul><ul><li>Be comfortable working in a variety of climate conditions which may include but are not limited to, extreme heat (temperatures above 100°F) or extreme cold (temperatures below 32°F) for periods of more than one hour. </li></ul><ul><li>Be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. </li></ul>  Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.  The expected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity.
