The ideal candidate is results-driven with a strong work ethic, has an aptitude for managing external relationships, and ability to work autonomously.</div><div>Joining as a Junior Broker in the team, the successful applicant will start off by learning the basic tasks and work his/her way up to be a full-time broker.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Work closely with front office to resolve client enquiries</li><li>Assist with analysis &amp; modelling of emerging opportunities in environmental &amp; energy markets</li><li>Assist with market operations by undertaking daily procedures associated with operating our markets</li><li>Adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role, and any activities for which you are responsible</li><li>Liaise daily with operations, commercial functions, and clients, and support their needs</li><li>Prepare documents and presentations to assist in business development</li><li>Create commercial reports, which may include market trading activity and trend analysis</li><li>Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines</li><li>Act with integrity, care, and diligence in carrying out your duties</li><li>Assist with other ad hoc requirements</li></ul><h3>Skills &amp; Abilities</h3><ul><li>Any previous sales/broking experience would be helpful</li><li>Good computer and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication in English is required and the ability to work in a small team</li><li>Confident, outgoing personality happy to talk with colleagues and clients</li></ul><br><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">Here at Xpansiv, we cultivate diversity, celebrate individuality, and believe unique perspectives are key to our collective success in building trust and transparency in global efforts toward net-zero future.
