The planner will oversee inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers and carriers, and proactively address time-sensitive issues to prevent delays and maintain business continuity.</span></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Determine material requirements and generate purchase orders in alignment with production schedules.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent supply for manufacturing and service operations.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity and identify potential risks to delivery timelines.</li><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company and industry standards.</li><li>Optimize transportation modes and routes to achieve cost efficiency while meeting delivery timelines.</li><li>Maintain and manage Material Planning and Logistics master data to ensure system accuracy and visibility.</li><li>Identify and mitigate out-of-stock situations and material shortages through proactive planning and corrective actions.</li><li>Analyze supply chain variances, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Monitor and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize financial exposure.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and Operations to support supplier payments, production goals, and logistics cost control.</li><div><br></div><div><b>Travel</b>: 25% (including international)</div></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>5–7 years of professional experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain planning.</li><li>Proven experience with purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.</li><li>General understanding of freight forwarding and international logistics.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP, TMS, and MRP systems.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>Background in demand planning or forecasting.</li><li>Experience interfacing with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.</li><li>Vendor and supplier negotiation.</li><li>Knowledge of customs, brokerage, and export compliance.</li><li>APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification.</li></ul><br>
