Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing:We are seeking a proactive and technically minded Sourcing Lead to join our growing team. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, primarily our nuclear research and operations teams to ensure suppliers meet our quality, price and delivery requirements. This position offers the opportunity to lead key initiatives that strengthen our supply chain and vendor partnerships. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Manager of Sourcing and Procurement at our Everett, WA office.You Will: <ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Coordinate with Helion research teams to procure equipment, machinery, tools and services</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Manage and develop vendor base of indirect goods and services categories.
