The role will lead our General Assembly manufacturing team in achieving its Safety, People, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPI’s. The Operations Manager will report to the Sr. General Assembly Manager and is responsible for production flow and inventory management. The Operations Manager will oversee supervisors and coordinate cross functional activities within Lucid.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><p><strong>Oversee GA Production Operations:</strong> <br>Manage the daily operations within the AMP-1 ensuring efficient workflow, minimize repairs, and maintaining adherence to quality standards.</p><p><strong>Team Management: </strong><br>Lead a team of supervisors, ensuring they have support and equipped to perform effectively and efficiently.</p><p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> <br>Calibrate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineers to develop standardized processes to ensure employees receive current, relevant training. Continuously assess and improve operational processes by implementing best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.</p><p><strong>Resource Planning: </strong><br>Ensure availability of necessary resources, such as equipment, tools, spare parts, and labor, to maintain smooth operations.</p><p><strong>Quality Assurance:<br></strong> Uphold high-quality standards by conducting regular inspections, enforcing quality control measures, and addressing issues promptly.</p><p><strong>Inventory Management:<br></strong> Monitor and manage inventory levels of repair parts and supplies to ensure adequate availability while minimizing excess and controlling costs.</p><p><strong>Reporting and Documentation:</strong> <br>Prepare daily activity reports covering Safety, Quality, Delivery, and resource utilization.
